When your order is packed and awaiting pickup by the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier. If you do not receive an email, you can check your account for updated tracking and order information.
In some cases, it may take a few hours for the tracking to provide updated information.
Though we offer guaranteed service with some shipping options, free shipping can take up to 10 business days to deliver and we cannot guarantee a delivery date of these packages.
If you need to change your shipping address, please Submit a Request with the order number and the correct address. We will not be able to reroute packages shipped via Free Shipping.
In some cases, an order may be delayed in transit due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve any delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
