If your packing is showing as delivered but you cannot find it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you locate the package or send a new one if needed.
International Customers outside the United States
Miansai partners with UPS i-Parcel for all international shipping.
Once your package reaches i-Parcel, you can then use your order number to track your package by visiting tracking.i-parcel.com.
Please allow up to two days for your tracking number to show movement as it must first be processed for export.
